Professional Employee Exchange Day Reporting
 
A professional employee is considered an employee who is an EXEMPT employee.  Exempt employees do not submit a weekly timesheet for employment purposes.  All teachers, administrators, and athletic trainers are considered exempt.  
 
To report your exchange day credit:
  • Log in to Skyward Employee Access
  • Select Time Off, and submit a Professional Development Day - District.
  • In the Notes section indicate what is being used for your Exchange Day Credit.  
  • Upload a copy of your training certificate or proof of training into Eduphoria.  For assistance, please contact Education Services at gremmj@hpisd.org.
