Overview of Services:
All procurement of goods and services is performed by the Highland Park ISD’s Purchasing Department and is done so in a fair and competitive process that allows for the best quality and pricing for the district while simultaneously allowing for equal vendor participation and opportunities.
All district purchases are made through a Purchase Order drafted by the district purchasing office of the Business Services Department. Any questions, vendor opportunities, complaints, feedback, or requests for information regarding competitive bidding should be directed to Kimberlee Levasseur, HPISD Purchasing Coordinator.
