Kindergarten and New Student Round-Up

Welcome Class of 2035!

Thank you for choosing Highland Park Independent School District. Last year Kindergarten and New Student Round-Up was held virtually, on-demand, during a two-week period to keep all HPISD families healthy and safe. The district is monitoring current health and safety conditions to determine if the 2022-23 Kindergarten and New Student Round-Up can be held in person. At this time, the district is preparing to host the 2022-23 Kindergarten and New Student Round-Up on Feb. 22, 2023. Please check this webpage for updates.

Each of the five HPISD elementary schools will continue to offer numerous resources on their school websites that walk parents of new students through the enrollment process. The content also covers general information about curriculum, enrichment programs and the classroom environment. These video and print resources were created last year and remain available to families.
