HPISD Board Approves 2025-26 Compensation Plan, Boosts Staff Raises and Starting Teacher Salaries At its regular meeting on June 17, the Highland Park ISD Board of Trustees approved the 2025-26 compensation plan, including a 7% raise to midpoint for all district staff and additional increases for teachers with 5+ years of experience.
