HPHS Celebrates the Class of 2025

On Friday, May 23, Highland Park High School proudly celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2025. A total of 565 seniors walked the stage at SMU’s Moody Coliseum in a memorable ceremony honoring their achievements and bright futures!

Board of Trustees Elect New Officers

At the Tuesday, May 13 regular school board meeting, the Board of Trustees appointed the following individuals to serve as new board officers.

Benson, Lee, and Denton Sworn In as HPISD Trustees

During the Tuesday, May 13 regular school board meeting, Highland Park ISD officially swore in trustees Bryce Benson, Ellen Lee, and Michael Denton to serve three-year terms. Benson (Place 3) and Lee (Place 5) were reelected in the May election, while Denton was elected as the new trustee for Place 4.

At the May 13 school board meeting, Highland Park ISD honored outgoing Trustee Jae Ellis for his six years of dedicated service and leadership. Ellis, a proud alumnus and longtime supporter of HPISD, was recognized for his unwavering commitment to students, staff, and the broader HP community.
