Strategic Plan Balanced Scorecard

During the fall semester, the Board of Trustees has been actively involved in Strategic Planning to shape the future of the district for the next five years. This process included updating the mission and vision, reaffirming the motto and establishing beliefs.

 

The Board unanimously approved the Strategic Plan Balanced Scorecard at the Dec. 12, 2023, board meeting. The Balanced Scorecard outlines Highland Park ISD's priorities and key strategic objectives.
