MIS/HPMS is closed Monday, April 20.

HPISD Community,

Crews have identified the mechanical issues affecting MIS/HPMS and are actively working to resolve them. Our priority is to ensure the campus is safe and ready for students and staff.

While crews are working around the clock, repairs will not be fully completed by tomorrow morning. As a result, school at MIS/HPMS will be canceled on Monday, April 20, 2026. MIS/HPMS students and staff should not report to school.

All other Highland Park Independent School District campuses are not impacted and will remain open and fully operational.

We will continue to keep the MIS/HPMS community updated as repairs progress.
