Lady Scots Volleyball Claims Class 5A State Championship

Highland Park history was made on Saturday, November 22, as the Lady Scots Volleyball team captured the program’s first-ever Class 5A Division I State Championship, sweeping A&M Consolidated 3–0 in a dominant performance.

This championship marks a milestone moment for the program, which reached its first 5A–D1 final this season and rose to the occasion with confidence, teamwork, and determination. The sweep reflects months of steady growth, hard work, and commitment from every player and coach.

Led by Head Coach Deaman, the Lady Scots demonstrated exceptional resilience and focus throughout the regular season and playoffs, culminating in this historic state title.
