With a 23-year background in education, Dr. Hilton currently serves as a campus administrator in Allen ISD and as an adjunct professor at Texas Woman's University. Her prior experience includes roles as an instructional coach and teacher in both Allen ISD and Garland ISD.
"I am so honored to join the Highland Park ISD family, renowned for its commitment to academic excellence and community engagement," said Dr. Hilton. "I can’t wait to collaborate with our teachers, staff, families, and the broader community to maintain the special environment where all Broncos flourish. I am elated to start my journey as a Bradfield Bronco!"

"Aimee is someone who values relationships and she has a proven track record of educational excellence throughout her career. We look forward to introducing her to the Bradfield community in the days ahead.”
Dr. Hilton earned her doctorate and master's degree from Texas Woman's University. She also holds a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University.
