Thirty-two Highland Park Special Olympics students attended the Basketball Skills Competition Jan. 25 at Ferris High School. The athletes demonstrated skills in dribbling, shooting and passing. The day ended with a combined scrimmage among the older athletes who played in a 5-on-5 game and scored many buckets.
