The Scots tennis team defeated Abilene Wylie 10-2 to win the 2021 UIL 5A Team Tennis State Championship Oct. 29 in College Station. This is the Scots 22nd state title, sixth consecutive state win and 34th consecutive state tourney appearance.
The Highland Park ISD Board of Trustees recognized the HPHS tennis team Nov. 9 for its 2021 state championship title win.
