THSCA Executive Director Joe Martin and Assistant Executive Director Glen West presented Scots Head Football Coach Randy Allen with his 400-win plaque Sept. 24 at Allen's alma mater, SMU.
Coach Allen is the third-winningest high school football coach in UIL history. He joined the 400-club during the 2019 football season when the Scots defeated Lancaster 42-35 in overtime.
