“Heart At Work” Nomination Form

We are now accepting nominations for the "Heart At Work" award for the 2023-24 school year! We aim to recognize the "unsung heroes" who dedicate themselves beyond the call of duty to support our students, staff, families, and community. Nominees can be professionals or paraprofessionals at HPISD.

Anyone within the HPISD community, including teachers, administrators, staff, students, and parents, can submit a "Heart At Work" nomination.
