End of School Year message from Superintendent Dr. Tom Trigg

In spite of the obstacles once again created by the pandemic, the HPISD community has rallied to ensure students had a successful year.

As we prepare to head into summer, it is an opportune time to reflect and acknowledge the amazing work our students and staff have demonstrated this year. In spite of the obstacles, our students continue to earn state and national honors in academics, athletics and fine arts while positively impacting the community through thousands of hours of volunteer service.

Thank you for the many contributions you have made this year. We all know the past 24 months have been unprecedented. It has been your unwavering support and commitment to our tradition of excellence that have helped our school district persevere. And, as it looks like this summer will be the first in three years to be somewhat normal, I encourage you to take time to pause, rest, and re-energize with family and friends. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in August.

Sincerely,

Dr. Tom Trigg
HPISD Superintendent
