Campuses set dates to retrieve items and drop off

Dates and times have been set for parents to drop off district items such as devices, books and uniforms, as well as retrieve their students' belongings from their school. A drive-through operation (no walk-ups, please) has been established at each school to facilitate this process.

In addition to the drop-off/pick up operation, several teachers will be on hand to wave to students and congratulate them on their school year.

In order to protect the health and safety of school staff collecting and distributing materials, parents are encouraged to wear facial coverings. To help speed up operations, please create a sign listing your child's last name first that can be seen from the outside of your vehicle. Parents and students should not get out of their vehicles at any time while in the queue.

Click on the campus name for a map and specific instructions. Bradfield, Hyer, University Park and MIS/HPMS will use their school's parking garages. In case of rain, HPHS may use its parking garage.

Important information regarding devices: ALL devices must be returned in order to conduct inventory and provide maintenance over the summer. Please remember to return all cables and chargers with the devices, and label each device with student name and grade by taping a piece of paper to the device with this information.
