Special Education Transition Services

The HPISD 18+ Program supports students as they transition from high school to adulthood through individualized learning experiences focused on employment, independent living, community engagement, self-advocacy, and lifelong learning. Through partnerships with families, businesses, and community organizations, students gain the skills and experiences needed to achieve their post-secondary goals.
