GOURMET POPSICLES - RFP# 201804-POP - AWARDED

AWARD NOTICE: Highland Park ISD is pleased to announce the award of RFP# 201804-POP for Gourmet Popsicles to two vendors: 

  • Small Pops, sized 1.4 - 1.75 oz, is awarded to Pop Star LLC.
  • Large Pops, sized 2.75 - 3.25 oz, is awarded to Hip Pop

The Highland Park Independent School District (HPISD or District) is accepting proposals for gourmet popsicles to be sold in the 6 cafeterias in the District. HPISD’s cafeterias are run by the District PTAs, which maintain their own budgets. HPISD is administering this RFP on behalf of these PTAs. 

Proposal responses are due by 10:00 AM Thursday, May 17, 2018 to the HPISD Purchasing Department at 6915 Westchester Drive, Dallas, TX 75205. Proposals not IN-HAND by the deadline will not be accepted. All questions must be received in writing, via email to WitcheM@hpisd.org, by May 9, 2018 at 10:00 AM. All details are in the RFP document. No faxes accepted for either questions or proposals.

LEASED LIT AND/OR DARK FIBER SERVICE - RFP# 201804-FIBER - AWARDED

AWARD NOTICE: Highland Park ISD is pleased to announce the award of RFP# 201804-FIBER for LEASED LIT AND/OR DARK FIBER SERVICE to Unite Private Networks.  Award information can be obtained by contacting Mary Witcher, Purchasing Coordinator, at WitcheM@hpisd.org.

 

Highland Park Independent School District is interested in receiving Proposals from qualified local service providers to provide Leased Lit Fiber Service and/or Leased Dark Fiber Service.

 

Proposal responses are due by 10:00 AM Monday, May 7, 2018 to the HPISD Purchasing Department at 6915 Westchester Drive, Dallas, TX 75205. Proposals not IN-HAND by the deadline will not be accepted. All questions must be received in writing, via email to WitcheM@hpisd.org, by April 24, 2018 at 10:00 AM. All details are in the RFP document. No faxes accepted for either questions or proposals.
