SECURITY OFFICER SERVICES - RFP# 201904-SO - AWARDED

The Highland Park Independent School District is soliciting proposals for Security Officer services for eleven (11) unarmed security officers to be stationed at Highland Park High School and Highland Park Middle School to begin the 2019-2020 school year as specified in the RFP document, as linked below.  It is the intention of HPISD to award this contract with the service to begin on August 1, 2019 continuing through July 31, 2020, with 4 additional 1-year renewals possible.  In addition to regular shifts, officers may be called upon to monitor the garage during special events.

Highland Park ISD is issuing an Invitation for Bid for the abatement of asbestos-containing material (ACM) at Highland Park High School.  Proposal responses are due NLT 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at the HPISD Purchasing Dept., 6915 Westchester Dr., Dallas, TX 75205, where and when proposals will be publicly opened and readNo faxes accepted.  

 

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the following project site and time:

Monday, April 29, 2019 (4:00 pm)

Highland Park High School – Front Entrance

Dallas, TX 75205

 

All interested parties must attend the pre-bid meeting. Failure to attend will automatically disqualify the prospective Proposer.

CATERING/ TAKE-OUT/ FOOD DELIVERY - RFP# 201905-CATER - COMING SOON

The Highland Park ISD is soliciting proposals for Catering/ Take-Out/ Food Delivery (RFP# 201905-CATER) (includes catering and take-out food and bakery) for a period of three years starting with the 2019-2020 school year as specified in the RFP document linked below.  It is the intention of HPISD to award this contract to multiple bidders and will be utilized on an as-needed basis. MULTIPLE AWARDS ARE EXPECTED.
