Highland Park ISD is seeking proposals for Student Transportation Services to begin in the 2018-2019 school year. Proposal responses are due by 10:00 AM Monday, November 20, 2017 to the HPISD Purchasing Department at 6915 Westchester Drive, Dallas, TX 75205. Proposals not IN-HAND by the deadline will not be accepted. All questions must be received in writing, via email, by Monday, November 6, 2017. All details are in the RFP document. Highland Park ISD is issuing an Invitation for Bid for the abatement of asbestos-containing material (ACM).  Proposal responses are due NLT 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 27, 2017 at the HPISD Purchasing Dept., 6915 Westchester Dr., Dallas, TX 75205, where and when proposals will be publicly opened and read.  No faxes accepted.  

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the following project site and time:
