The Highland Park ISD has RE-issued a Request for Proposal for Catering (RFP# 201610-CATER) (includes catering and take-out food and bakery) for the 2016-2019 school years as specified in the RFP document linked below.  It is the intention of HPISD to award this contract to multiple bidders and will be utilized on an as-needed basis. MULTIPLE AWARDS ARE EXPECTED.

The Highland Park Independent School District is soliciting proposals Security Officer services for ten (10) unarmed security officers to be stationed at Highland Park High School and Highland Park Middle School for the 2016-2017 school year as specified in the RFP document, as linked below.  It is the intention of HPISD to award this contract with the service to begin on August 22, 2016 continuing through May 31, 2017.  In addition to regular shifts officers may be called upon to monitor garage during special events.

CROSSING GUARD SERVICES - RFP# 201604-CGS - AWARDED

The Highland Park Independent School District is soliciting proposals for School Crossing Guard Services to begin in the 2016-2017 school year.  The awarded contractor shall provide a full-service program to provide adult crossing guards for all Highland Park ISD school crossings in Dallas, TX. The Highland Park Independent School District, in compliance with the applicable provisions of Subchapter F of Chapter 2269 of the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, is seeking to select one or more Construction Manager(s)-at-Risk, hereafter known as a CMaR, as described in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and attachments and addendums (if applicable) below.

RFQ documents may also be obtained or examined by contacting Lead Architect, Jonathan Aldis at Stantec, at (214)473-2400, located at 5717 Legacy Drive, Suite 250, Plano, TX 75024, during normal business hours.

The pre-proposal meeting will be in the board room of the Highland Park ISD Administration Building, located at 7015 Westchester, Dallas, Texas 75205 beginning at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 15, 2016.  Attendance is not mandatory but is highly encouraged. 

Additional questions may be submitted to Mary Witcher, Purchasing Coordinator, in writing via email at WitcheM@hpisd.org until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 17, 2016.  Any required addenda will subsequently be issued, if necessary.
