CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK, ELEMENTARY TRACK – RFQ #201512-CMAR - AWARDED 

 

AWARD NOTICE: Highland Park ISD is pleased to award RFQ# 201512-CMAR to Balfour Beatty Construction. Tabulation sheets and other award information can be obtained by emailing Mary Witcher, Purchasing Coordinator, at WitcheM@hpisd.org

The Highland Park Independent School District, in compliance with the applicable provisions of Subchapter F of Chapter 2269 of the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, is seeking to select one or more Construction Manager(s)-at-Risk, hereafter known as a CMaR, as described in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and attachments and addendums (if applicable) below. 

RFQ documents may also be obtained or examined by contacting Lead Architect, Jonathan Aldis at Stantec, at (214)473-2400, located at 5717 Legacy Drive, Suite 250, Plano, TX 75024, during normal business hours. 

The pre-proposal conference will be in the board room of the Highland Park ISD Administration Building, located at 7015 Westchester, Dallas, Texas 75205 beginning at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 5, 2016.  Attendance is not mandatory but is highly encouraged. 

Additional questions may be submitted to Mary Witcher, Purchasing Coordinator, in writing or via email at WitcheM@hpisd.org until 2:00 p.m., January 8, 2016. Any required addenda will subsequently be issued, if necessary.

PART 1: DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 14, 2016.

The Highland Park Independent School District is soliciting proposals for the services of a contractor for the installation of artificial turf on the Scotland Yard Baseball Field. Suppliers have been selected from approved contracts on the TASB BuyBoard. This Request for Quotes was sent out to the Buyboard vendors on 11/18/2015. 

DEADLINE: MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2015 AT 10 AM.
