Dr. Jacob Donnell

Dr. Jacob Donnell was named Highland Park ISD's Assistant Superintendent for Business Services in the fall of 2025. He oversees the HPISD Business Office, which includes management of the district’s budget, purchasing, payroll, food services, technology, and maintenance.

 

Prior to his current role, Dr. Donnell served as the Director of Business Services for Highland Park ISD. He also has experience as a campus administrator including Principal, Associate Principal, and Assistant Principal in Georgetown ISD, Waco ISD, and Taylor ISD. 

Dr. Donnell earned a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Baylor University, a master's degree from Baylor University, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
