HPISD Community Update
Highland Park ISD annual update highlights progress and accomplishments
The district has released its first-ever Community Update, which is a digital publication highlighting Highland Park Independent School District's progress and accomplishments as a top-rated national school district serving K-12 students. The comprehensive document includes an overview of student and staff successes in academics, the arts, athletics and community service during the past year. It also includes a summary of how HPISD navigated the pandemic and an overview of the successful completion of the (on time and on budget) 2015 Bond Program.
The publication aligns to the district’s five strategic objectives that cover student learning, community and family partnerships, quality staff, fiscal stewardship and transparent communication. HPISD is proud to share with parents, staff and community this update that provides evidence of the district's continued commitment to excellence and how student performance continues to be nationally ranked.
Please note, that page 7 of the Community Update Brochure was modified May 25, 2022 to include the accolade of a second HPHS student who was named a Presidential Candidate Scholar.
