Reserve A Facility
1. Complete the online lease agreement.
2. Wait for email of approval or denial of your facilities request.
3. If approved, an electronic contract will be sent to the requester.
4. Upon receipt of the signed contract, the facility has been officially reserved for your use.

Highland Park Independent School District facilities are designated primarily for educational purposes and school-related activities. District facilities may also be made available after school hours for meetings and activities involving students, district employees, school-affiliated organizations (such as PTA and booster clubs), community groups, and other organizations, including for-profit entities.
Use of District facilities will not be permitted if it interferes with instructional programs, campus operations, or District-scheduled activities, including facility maintenance and repair. Requests submitted during the summer months (June–August) for the upcoming school year will not be processed until the start of the school year, allowing campuses adequate time to finalize their calendars.
The District has established classification categories to differentiate among various organizations and groups (such as nonprofit youth organizations, scouting groups, civic groups, and for-profit entities), with corresponding fee structures for each. All organizations within the same classification will be provided fair and equitable access to District facilities.
