CLICK HERE TO CREATE A SKYWARD ACCOUNT

Log in to your Skyward account (you may already be logged in from the previous step). From the left-hand menu, select “New Student Online Enrollment” and choose “Add New Student.” Follow the prompts to complete each section of the enrollment forms.

Once all sections are complete, be sure to click Submit. After submitting, you will not be able to make changes.

Before moving to the next step, gather and save all required documents as PDF files (HEIC files are not supported). Having these ready will help you complete enrollment without delays.

Required Documents

• Birth certificate

• Immunization record

• Proof of residency (one of the following):

  • Closing statement

  • Deed of trust or warranty deed

  • Current lease (must be longer than two months)

• Current water or electric utility bill (showing the same address)

• Parent ID (driver’s license or state ID)

Additional Documents (if applicable)

• Health plan documents (for conditions such as asthma, seizures, diabetes, etc.)

• Special program documents (Special Education, 504, dyslexia, gifted & talented, speech, etc.)

• Custody or legal documents (divorce decree, court orders, etc.)

• Most recent report card (grades 1–12)

• Withdrawal form from previous school (if the school year has started)

High School Only (Grades 9–12)

• High school transcript

• AP scores

• ACT scores

• PSAT scores

• SAT scores

Recommended

• Student’s Social Security card

Once your documents have been submitted, campus staff will review your information and contact you if anything additional is needed or when your enrollment is complete.

Once your documents have been submitted, campus staff will review your information and contact you if anything additional is needed or when your enrollment is complete.

Each July, families complete Annual Back-to-School Sign Up (BSSU) through Skyward. During this process, you will:

• Update family information and required documents

• Submit annual proof of residency

• Pay for optional items such as supplies, yearbooks, directories, and spirit wear

Your Skyward login and password will be used to complete this process. Please click here to visit the BSSU page.

For residency verification, if your documents from enrollment are current, you will only need to submit a new water or electric bill. If documents are incomplete or do not match, additional documentation will be required.

Use your existing Skyward account. If you no longer have access, use the password reset option or create a new account.

From the left-hand menu, select “Returning Student Online Enrollment.” Follow the prompts to update your student’s information and complete all required forms.

Be sure to click Submit once all sections are complete. After submitting, changes cannot be made.
