Human Resources Department Mission Statement
 

The mission of the HPISD Human Resources Department is to recruit, support, and retain exceptional personnel. The HPISD Human Resources Department strives to maximize the potential of our students by recruiting quality personnel, and by providing accurate, timely and courteous services to all our employees and stakeholders.

The Human Resources Department is responsible for recruitment, compensation and benefits, leaves and absences, staffing allocations, employment opportunities, teacher and administrator certification, student services, transfers, personnel appraisals, substitute teaching, and student teaching/observation assignments.
