HP-TV is currently available to Park Cities cable subscribers on Charter Channel 16, Comcast B-side Channel 5, and the HPISD website, http://www.hpisd.org.  HPTV is only used for Highland Park Independent School District information. Events, activities, awards, news, meetings, bad weather closings, and other pertinent information is displayed to keep residents of the Park Cities up-to-date with what's going on in the HPISD schools.

Information may be submitted for cable announcements in one of these ways:

1. E-mail the information to cunninc@hpisd.org.
2. Fax the information on the request form (below) to the Communications Department at 214-780-3099.
3. Bring the information on the request form (below) to the Administration Building at 7015 Westchester and leave it with the receptionist.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

• HPISD reserves the right to edit information submitted for cable use.
• Please allow a minimum of one week for information to appear on HP-TV.
• If a photo to be aired includes students, please check with the school secretary to make certain that a communications release form is on file for each student in the photo.
