Vendor Application Packet - Completion of this form allows HPISD to place your company on the appropriate notification lists but does not constitute an approved vendor status. When a need arises for your goods or services, your company will be notified, by email, with information pertaining to the upcoming bid opportunity. It is your responsibility to ensure that the District Purchasing Department has current contact information.
