Effective May 7, 2015, we have launched a new online application system - Fast Track. All applicants who have submitted an online application for a position with HPISD before May 7, 2015, will need to submit a new application using the FAST TRACK online application linked to our web page.
Applicants should apply online and upload a letter of interest, resume and three letters of recommendation.

Any teacher who begins employment with HPISD without a Master’s Degree shall be responsible for completing their degree within six years after beginning employment in accordance with Board Policy DMC (LOCAL).
After the deadline for receiving applications has passed, the appropriate administrator screens the online applications and resumes, and selects candidates to be interviewed. An interview panel conducts interviews with the screened candidates. The campus administrator conducts reference checks with immediate supervisors, and sends the recommendation to hire to the Director of Personnel for final approval.
